Thank you for visiting my website. I am a state of California, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, serving the communities of Saratoga, Los Gatos, Cupertino, Sunnyvale, and San Jose.

I believe that life is a complicated journey that sometimes leaves us with feelings of helplessness in situations that we find overpowering. Seeking a therapist in these situations is a first step towards overcoming these challenges. I provide a caring environment in which you can identify and explore issues that may be getting in the way of a more rewarding life. My goal is to provide insights and tools that empower you to move beyond old, limiting beliefs and behaviors.

I have consulted with multiple Bay Area school districts for 14 years, and have a deep understanding of school-based challenges that adolescents and teenagers face. I work with school staff and administrators and provide therapeutic interventions for students with Social Emotional challenges. I feel immense satisfaction in making a difference in the lives of these students and their families.
